The closest airport is in Charleston, W.V. The park is about 1.5 hours away. We recommend arriving at the airport Friday if you plan on needing help getting to the park. There are hotels located in Princeton which is just a short drive away, for those arriving Friday night or for those who would prefer to not camp at the site. More information soon on block hotel discounts for Friday night before the event.

This will be an overnight event. There will be activites lasting into the early morning. However, most people will need to sleep at some point. Camping will be done on site.  It is suggested that attendees bring what they need for a comfortable sleep. This can include campers, tents, sleeping bags, wood for the fire pit, snacks, drinks, pillows, toiletries, sun screen, bug spray, etc.

There are bathrooms located on the site but no showers. A dinner of pizza and tacos will be provided but may run out quickly, so make sure to be prepared to provide most of your own food. Shopping and restaurants are available in the nearby town of Princeton. Electricity is provided in the pavillion.

You should always prepare yourself for the elements when visiting the location as we will be outdoors. However, there is a large pavilion where there will be activites in case of rain.
